Exchange & Return
At PUKKA, we strive to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience, and we understand that sometimes you may need to make exchanges or returns. We have implemented a comprehensive Exchange & Return policy to address such situations and provide you with a hassle-free process.
Our policy allows for refunds in the form of a voucher or store credit, as well as exchanges, within a specified timeframe. You have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange for reasonable reasons. If we have sent you the wrong size, a defective dress, or the wrong color, we will cover the cost of return and delivery.
In case the size doesn’t fit as expected, we accept exchanges only. Please note that the final decision to accept the return or exchange will be made by us. To be eligible for an exchange, you need to send the order back in the same condition it was received – new, unused, and with the tags attached. The shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by the customer.

It’s important to note that we cannot accept exchanges on damaged, used, or stained items. We recommend obtaining proof of return shipment, as the responsibility for lost or damaged packages during transit rests with the customer. Please ensure that the return shipment is trackable for added peace of mind. The cost of return shipment must be borne by the customer.
Once our Quality Control team has examined the returned product and is satisfied with its condition, you will receive an email or text message confirming that your return has been accepted. We will then proceed with the voucher refund or replacement, as applicable.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a voucher or store credit for the price of the item returned, excluding any taxes, transfer fees, duties, or shipping fees paid. It’s important to note that the store credit expires 6 months from the day of purchase, so we encourage you to make use of it within that timeframe.
In addition to exchanges and returns, we also offer size alterations for our ready-to-wear items. If you require alterations, please reach out to us, and we will communicate any additional costs before confirming the alteration request.
