Delivery Policy

• • UAE-Orders will be processed and delivered within 1-5 working days after receiving an authorized payment.

• • GCC-Orders will be processed and delivered within 5-10 working days after receiving an authorized payment.

• • Rest of the world-Orders will be processed and delivered within 7-15 working days after receiving an authorized payment.

          NOTES:

• • The standard processing may be longer during Ramadan, Eid season and other public holidays.

• • Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures.

• • For orders less than AED 1000, delivery charge of AED 40 will apply within the UAE and AED 100 outside the UAE.

• • If your order exceeds AED 1000, you will be entitled to free delivery within the UAE and the rest of the world.

• • Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. PUKKA is not liable for additional costs related to customs that may occur.
